Review of "The Anne Rice Collection: Mayfair Witches" by Anne Rice, Joe Morton, Tim Curry, Lindsay Crouse

These books are produced in abridged format that was approved by author Rice, so for those of you who like a shortcut, this is the way to catch up. LASHER is read by Joe Morton and is the story of Rowan Mayfair who is trying to escape an evil spell and the demon Lasher.

THE WITCHING HOUSE is read by Lindsay Crouse and is about the Mayfair Witches. Again Rowan Mayfair is involved. She finds a drowned man's body and brings him back to life. Both have strange powers and find love with each other.

TALITOS is read by Tim Curry, who is a superb and most underappreciated actor and storyteller. This time, we meet Mr. Ash who is the only survivor of an ancient species, the Talitos. Rowan Mayfair finds that her family has been intimately involved with the Taltos.
