Sadly, many families need this book. With so many US troops stationed all over the world, they are often separated from their children for many months at a time. I can only imagine the stresses on both the parents and their children. Beth Andrews is a social worker who has helped many families cope with this particular situation. Simply illustrated with very simple and straightforward reassurances, reading this book with your child will certainly be a help. For ages 3 and up.
