Simply put and simply delicious. Take "Beef And Yam Stew" for an example. The full page color picture of the finished dish looks delicious. The recipe calls for peanuts, yams and raisins for part of the mix. Oposite the picture is the recipe and a comment that tells you that when you only need 1/2 can of tomato paste, you can freeze the whole thing, then open the can, push out the contents and slice it in half. Afterward, you re-freeze the rest.

The book suggests that you serve this stew with whole wheat crusty buns. It's not complicated, and this recipe could become a family favorite. Some of the recipes are old favorites and there are several new ones. Your family will certainly enjoy the tasty meals you'll find in this excellent cookbook.
