This is a big, beautiful book filled with nothing but ways to prepare potatoes. Who would believe it? You can have potatoes for breakfast and any other meal. You will learn to make Bread Pudding with potatoes and something called "Saffron Potato, Pear, and Fennel Salad." How about "Rum Caramel Potatoes" for the gourmet spud lover?

This excellent cookbook is filled with full pages of color photography shows the finished product looking elegant for your table. Of course the book gives you potato tips and history. All in all this is an unusual and usable cookbook.
