Beaton tells us a tale about Fellworth Dolphin who has been supporting himself and his penny-pinching mother since his dad died. Fellworth is a waiter at a local hotel and, naturally, he doesn't make much money. Then his mother dies and he is shocked to learn that she has left him a large amount of money. Fell (for short) teams up with Maggie, who is as plain as he is, to try to find out where the money came from. The two sleuths poke around and discover that the money may have come from an old train robbery. There us a lot danger in store for them as they seek to solve the mystery.

This fine mystery is probably in your local library or used bookstore, which are two really good ways to sample audiobooks you might be hesitant to buy.
