This is another of those nifty little plastic covered cookbooks from Gibbs Smith. This time we are treated to 101 things to enhance our package of tortilla. (I always have one of these) This is beyond the traditional Mexican taste. For example, the recipe for "Peanut Butter S’Mores" sounds dreamy using tortilla as your base. Then I want to try the "Chicken Caesar Wraps." They sound really easy and full of flavor. Of course there is a "Taco Casserole," which is always a winner, but I loved the recipe for "Southwest Haystacks."

Again, there's nothing too complicated for any modestly adept home cook, and there is no recipe here that sounds boring. A very good addition to any kitchen.
