If you have already noticed how much ruder the world is today then it used to be, this is book for you. Author Lynne Truss speaks about the sorry state of modern manners. Lynn says that we have all reached the boiling point. She takes on the boorish behavior. It is delightfully that she talks about making phone calls to a multiple selection drone. And we cannot object to this indignity or the many lapses of courtesy that have become a serious problem in our world. Lynne Truss gives us an entertaining call to arms. Recognize that you are not alone in your exasperation with the rudeness of the anonymous masses. And lest you think this is just about Americans, Truss explains that this is a worldwide problem.

Lynne Truss is a best-selling author and a regular on BBC Radio. She also writes for the London Times.
