Review of "The Costume Party" by Victoria Chess

It's been raining for many days and everyone is stuck in the house. Nico, Fany, Cluade, Daisy and Rose think that Madam Coco is delightfully smart. She plans a costume party for the puppies (they are all puppies, except for Madame Coco). The party will have lots of snacks and drinks, and there will be a prize for the best costume.
