A little girl ties up her balloon outside the museum because a sign says she can't take it with her into the Metropolitan Museum. A wicked little pigeon unties the balloon, which then takes off on a journey of its own through the museum. There is much to learn about art and the museum as the little girl and her balloon tour the fabulous collection.
