The subtitle to this novelty cookbook reads, "Fun Recipes for families to create and eat together". Now there is a challenge for those of you who fit that description. Home is wherever the kitchen is located, according to the author. That is where people gather for snacks and baking fun. In this clever cookbook, there are tasty recipes for the entire family to try and to enjoy. The recipes are not difficult and do not start out with basic instruction. You begin with ingredients like an already-frozen turkey and Bisquik. The instructions explain the ingredients and the utensils you will be using. The names of the recipes will entice families to try them. Try "King Barbar's French Toast" or "Bilbo Baggin's Eleventy-first Birthday Dinner" or the "Queen of Hearts Tarts." Sounds tasty, and I know it's fun to try these recipes out on the kids, especially if you can get them to help prepare them.
