It's the time of year to get or give this book. Completely illustrated and filled with recipes and techniques this is a handy cookbook. The author covers American barbecue, Texas, Asian, and wherever barbecue is popular you can find a recipe to enjoy. There are chapters on beef and veal, pork and sausages, lamb, chicken, fish, and any other food you like to cook on the barbie. There are desserts like S'mores and Coconut Grilled Pineapple. Invite friends and enjoy the sunshine while you can. Winter comes all too soon.

I am anxious to try Yaktori, Tandoori, quesdadillas. Not all at the same meal so come often.
