This is a handy small paperback that is filled with snippets of information you may well find a need for in the future. You might need some correct advice on some subject that is covered in the book. The chapters cover subjects like family law, consumer rights, credit and debt. You might want to plan how to leave your estate to your children in a fair way. Maybe you are a landlord or a tenant and you must know that you will need some really good information about this state and the laws.

Just for the heck of it, I looked up Medicare and Medi-Cal, and found some very interesting information about what to expect if you need some help from the state of California - how much you can own or have in the bank and still qualify for assistance.

A good handbook to have and to hold until you need it... and then it will be a gold mine!
