A fun story to read to very small ones. It's filled with big pictures to enjoy - even the scary alligator. The story tells about how the Armadillo's ears used to be as tall as a jackrabbit's. That was a long time ago. Our Armadillo loves to eavesdrop and this is a story about what he heard. It's sort of an Aesop's Fable that will bring giggles from small ones while it teaches a lesson in the value of thoughtfulness and respect for others.
