Review of "365 Adventures: Explore, Discover, Learn Something Every Day" by Marc Tyler Nobleman

Activities and great ideas that your kids ages 10 to 14 might enjoy trying, starting with things like the suggestion that it might be fun to learn about the holidays of another culture. To research this project kids are pointed toward their library or you can search for "international holidays" on-line. Kids can find information like other country's Independence Day celebrations or try out the holiday in El Salvador that is called "Schoolteacher's Day." All of the projects are doable and many are fascinating because they are new.

Drawing a reverse picture of a baby or an older person is another fun idea. One day the reader can make a tossed "Rainbow Salad" or serve a dinner to the family. Invent a secret code or learn how to read an animal's mind... more and more stuff, and every one sounds good.
