As novelty cookbooks go, this has got to be the yummiest. 60 recipes that are based on famous candies are listed in this tasty book. Take page 74, for example - the recipe for "Junior Mints Parfait". WOW! If you have to count calories, skip these minty treats because they include brownies and mints in alternating layers. It sounds divine! Along with the instructions for this dish, there is information as to the derivation of the candy that comes from the Welsh folks. "M&M Meringues" and "Oatmeal Cookies with Raisinets". Excuse me, I have to go to the kitchen and try out "Peanut Butterfinger Pie" or "Snickers Cheesecake". How could any candy bar lover turn down this delightful book that is so filled with calories and easy-to-make ways to enjoy them?
