Here is a taste tour of glamorous Los Angeles. The author lives in the City of Angels currently. In this book, she has gathered recipes from some of the finest California eateries. There are thirty plus good recipes that you can make in your own home. Want to start your fancy meal out with a "Lobster Martini?" Who would have guessed? It comes with caviar and has an "Akavit dressing." Best of all, it doesn't look all that hard to make! The chef at the "Me Grill" shares and I, for one, thank him (or her).

This collection is filled with imaginative recipes from world-class chefs. Your guests are sure to be impressed. Included in the cookbook are some personal culinary secrets from the many chefs interviewed. The proceeds from this cookbook are being donated to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank.
