The idea for this book came from two very busy friends who were tired of ordinary meals and the problem of planing them. Cooking had become a burden. In this book they have put together weekly and bulk shopping lists. Then you get daily menus that are suggested and complimented by the recipes about how to make the dishes. There are lots of good tips, but especially helpful is the listing of the time it will take you to make each meal.

The recipes in this amusing cookbook rely on readily-found ingredients and they sound like good eating for the family.
