Readers welcome Dr. Alex Delaware in all of his adventures. This psychologist is very good at what he does. Dr. Delaware and his friend LAPD homicide det4ective Milo Sturgis work on an old case. A very cold case.

Two young male teenagers kidnapped and murdered a young child. One of the young murders, Troy is dead now. The other killer is Rand who is slow-witted is still behind bars and he needs to talk.

As the two investigators begin to delve into the past they discover darker and more horrifying truths that were hidden for years. Then Rand is murdered. This is a well-crafted tale filled with psychological insight and horrifying truths.
