If you are a busy person here is another good cookbook for you. Stir-fry cooking in a wok is very simple and provides a lot of fun for the cook. The ingredients used for stir-fry always taste fresh and healthy. With this cookbook you can prepare a luscious wok meal such as "Sweet Ginger chicken" or "Salt and Pepper Prawns" in minutes. In his introduction, Hom describes the ingredients you will need and the equipment that will be used. The descriptions of the types of wines to use and the many varieties of Chinese noodles I found most helpful.

If you have not gotten a wok as yet, let this author show the variety of pans and recipes from which you can choose. You may have seen author Ken Hom on British TV on a show called "Hot Wok."
