It's a hoot! This cookbook is spiral bound so it stays open while you cook and splash in your own kitchen where you can dream of traveling in a truck. We have always heard that the trucker's all know where to eat. It's that good old "Truck Stop" that makes the best plain good eats. So what we have is a tour of the county from end to end and top to bottom where we learn about the best places to eat in on the road. There are over 200 recipes from these roadside cafes contained in this cookbook, as well as comments and article about taking to the road. Black & white pictures show different types of trucks and stops that will entice you. You can learn about Lillie Drannan, who was America's First lady of Trucking in the early 1900's, and many more fun bits of trivia of the open road.
It's a fun and useful little cookbook. Check it out!
