This is a most elegant cookbook that will let you try the glamorous preparations that will have you taking bows to the applause of your family and guests. With the advice from this author you can select wine-loving foods like popcorn and pasta. Yes, popcorn! The author presents her all-inclusive pairing index in the back of the book which provides the cook with answers for any food or wine to serve with what you might be preparing.

You also take a wine and food tasting cruise that will teach you the basics of these skills in a user-friendly way. There are twenty recipes for foods that love wine like short ribs, shrimp and grits. This is all a bit different and all of the suggestions sound like it will be well worth trying out.

Cheese and wine. Food and wine. You'll become an expert when you own this deliciously presented cookbook.
