Don't throw it out! Here is a handy cookbook that shows you how use those pesky leftovers. The subjects are organized alphabetically. Do you have a leftover potato? Look under "P." There is also a handy section that informs you about the maximum storage time for many items. As you learn some of the tasty things that you can make with your leftovers you will certainly come up with some ideas of your own, or maybe you have been doing something that is even better. There are places in this fun little cookbook to write it down. There are a lot of recipes that look inviting to try, even if you have to make them from scratch without using any leftovers.

Author Catherine Kitcho lives in California and has been a food writer both in newspapers and on-line. She had her own catering company and is very qualified to write a cookbook like this one.
