Mr. Raymond White has been in a maximum-security jail for twenty some years. He was convicted of a murder he did not commit. It all happened when White had money and was very close to obtaining a political life. He was also married to a woman he loved. It all fell apart when he was asked by a friend to deliver a letter by hand. He was caught in a web that ended with his sentence. White befriends an aging cellmate who was an art thief. The old thief tells White how to escape and where he has hidden the artwork now work millions. It begins to sound like a familiar old tale as we get into the escape and White’s well planned revenge. Very readable.
