If I was organized enough to think about make-ahead meals my life would be so much better, but if you're the meal maker in your house this cookbook could be a godsend. From appetizers to entrees and even desserts, Diane Phillips shows you how to prepare simple recipes that keep until you're ready to cook and serve them. Two that caught my eye were the Stuffed Pork Tenderloin and the Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Sauce Glaze recipes. Of course, I won't be making them a day ahead.
