From appetizers to entrees and even desserts, Diane Phillips shows you how to prepare simple recipes that keep until you're ready to cook and serve them. Two that caught my eye were the Stuffed Pork Tenderloin and the Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Sauce Glaze recipes. Of course, I won't be making them a day ahead.
