Review of "One-Dish Vegetarian Meals" by Robin Robertson

Robin Robertson shows us dozens of simple meals that are perfect for fall - and all of which are, of course vegetarian. Now, I'm half Irish and half British, so meat and potatoes are sort of vital to my existence, but I am very fond of soups and the Vegetable Noodle Soup recipe and the Tomato Basil Soup with Peppercorn Pasta certainly appealed to me. I also love Asian food and can't wait to try the Japanese Eggplant Teriyaki. I'm recommending the last chapter on chilis to my brother-in-law who just loves to experiment with chili. In fact, if you like spicy dishes, you'll find lots to love in this book.
