Cat Cora is one of the Food Network's featured chefs, and the only woman to win the US version of an 'Iron Chef' competition. In this cookbook, she puts her recipes in four categories: fast, easy, fun, and phenomenal. The idea is to find simple ways to make memorable meals. The only recipe I actually tried to make was the Spicy Chicken and Peach Stir Fry. I frequently stir fry chicken and so I wanted to find something new to add to my repetoire. This certainly filled the bill. The addition of celantro and toasted almond slices were simple changes to my basic approch, but they made an enormous difference in the mix of flavors. Next I want to try the Grilled Skirt Steak and Shiitake Mushroom.

Fun recipes - easy instructions - great tips. Its a delightful cookbook that even culinary tyros like me can handle. Spruce up your everyday menus with the advice from Cat in this colorful cookbook.
