Here is another book from publisher Good Books that belongs in every kitchen. I am weak-kneed about breakfast food. Lot of calories on and in my pancakes, if you please. In this cookbook you find more that 100 ways to prepare eye-opening dishes for breakfast. Included are some that are really for dessert. The author will teach us the secret method for making a [perfect batter that will help turn out a perfect something for you to try. Some of these pancakes you make for briefest but there is a recipe for "Thanksgiving Pancakes" that I just know would be a great dinner.
