This is a big paperback book that is filled with visions of France and French culinary delights. A color photograph of what the dish looks like accompanies every recipe. The photography is beautiful. You also get useful hints and intelligent methods that will allow you to produce these dishes in your own kitchen.

There are special sections in the book that take you into the essence of French Food. You can learn about cheeses, seafood’s. breads and much more. This is a culinary journey through the vineyards and the dinner menus of France.

I think I gained three pounds just reading and admiring the recipes for some gorgeous soufflés. They are to die for!
