It’s a small price for this book, and it is just the right size (about 7” X 7), and it is delicious from cover to cover. The pictures alone are to drool over. There are fifty recipes from the top chefs of this well-known school. Some of the tacos and salsas are hot and spicy. Others are just plain tasty and great. I can’t wait to try out the Apple Pie Tacos. There is a recipe for Frijoles-Choros that sounds delightful. I am a wimp when it comes to the spicy food, even though the rest of the world seems to love anything that cause the eyes to tear and the tongue to burn. However there is one recipe for making Brunch Tacos that I want to try despite the risk.

There are many treats to try and clear instructions so that you won’t go wrong. As I said the pictures of the finished dishes are yummy to see along with some very handsome serving plates and bowls.
