This is advice and information that is simple and will make your kitchen smell very good for the very hungry. There is nothing like soup simmering on the stove to entice an appetite t the table. In the introduction to this collection of recipes the author says that she wanted to bring great recipes to your family ands easy instructions. She has done that and she has also made it sound like fun for the cook and the eaters. All kinds o soup recipes and they are al enticing to try. The best thing about this book is that the author really has given us some simple techniques and ingredients for easy meals that your family will love. There are no pictures, but just reading a recipe will entice you to try it.
