Review of "101 Things to Do with Ramen Noodles" by Toni Patrick
The author of this very handy book tells us that he wrote it for us because he needed to beat his mother to the publication. Whatever I am delighted to find this little and attractive book that is full of ideas to try out with my favorite lunch food. You can use Ramen Noodles to make all kinds of soups, salads and make them with beef or chicken. I was attracted to, “Cheesy Tuna” and some of the vcegitarian recipes are right up my alley. There are many helpful hints about using this type of noodle. If you are a noodle lover this one is for you. It’s spiral bound and has a c clear plastic cover to protect the booklet. All in all I really liked this one.
