The author is an award-winning instructor, and she has given us this wide selection of brownie recipes... for those of you who are thin. There are recipes for "Deluxe Brownies with Caramel Sauce" and "Cappuccino Brownies" and many more treats that will tempt you to dive into your kitchen and fire up the oven. There is a chapter on "Brownies in Art" that you have to check out. The recipes here run the gamut from truly easy to you-better-be-a-very-skilled-baker. Still, don't let me discourage you, you might want to try them all.

The author also gives us a brief look at Brownie History and the art of layering and decorating you own delicious results.

There are lots of tips and techniques to help you and a load of encouragement for you to try making all of these yummy delights. It really is a large picture book, rather than just a simple cookbook.
