Author Recchiuti is considered “the Picasso of chocolatiers.”. His skill and artistry are located in San Francisco. Now he shares some of his secrets with us for a yummy book that is also very handsome. After the book tells us how to organize the tools we need to make these chocolate recipes the author also treats u to some useful information about the history and making of chocolate. Then we are into a section of how to dip chocolate and this section includes truffles and molded chocolate. By this time you are into some high calories but also lot of pleasure The list of recipes is so tempting that you will have to try out something for yourself or your family. Every recipe is mouthwatering to read and beautifully photograph of this gem of a book. Not only tempting for when you read a recipew it seems perfectly possible that you might make this delicacy in your own kitchen. The pages along are good enough to eat.
