Every cook knows that the Pillsbury Bake-off brings out the best of the best recipes. For over 50 years this famous contest has brought together home cooks who share their family recipes or special dishes they have created solely for this competition. In this very special cookbook we find over 400 of these winning recipes, squeezed into a new edition. Many of the winners are introduced here with a personal profile.

The very first Bake-Off was held in 1949. Over time, the contest has followed the trends of our tastes and our cooking abilities.
