The authors have selected what they consider the very best picks from magazines, newspapers, the net and specialty companies. The idea is that we do not have to cut out all of those little pieces of paper that are all different sizes and get scattered all over the house. This is a collection of those recipes that you might have tried to save. They are all in this concise collection. From the Web they have reprinted "Awesome Tangerine-glazed Turkey," which sounds mouth-watering. There are recipes for something called "Garlicky Cranberry Chutney," which is also from the Web, and "High-Temperature Rib Roast" from Craig Claiborne.

All the recipes have been tested by the author and pronounced worthy of inclusion in this wide-ranging cookbook. The source of each of the recipes is complete with its source. It's a good collection of tempting recipes.
