David Waltuck is the owner of New York's famous restaurant Chanterelle. Waltuck was only 24 when he and his wife started the business, and now he is considered a most respected chef and his restaurant continues to prosper. Melica is a chef instructor at the New England Culinary institute. The restaurant serves wonderful exotic dishes, but Chef David wanted to treat his staff to more lighthearted foods.
