We welcome back the amateur detective named Hitch. Hitch owns a funeral home, so he comes across many dead bodies. Right after a funeral held during a major snowstorm, Hitch finds the corpse of a person whom we find was murdered. The body was dumped on his front step. Hitch's girlfriend is a television weather reporter looking for a good scoop so that she can move up into reporting news. She pushes Hitch to solve the murder and let her have the answers. So together they begin to follow clues which lead them them down a twisted and wicked trail. Their investigation takes them into mansions and strip joints. Hitch gets in over his head, but he learns the rules of the games very fast and comes out the winner.

Handsome Hitch, who does not seem at all like a funeral director, is a fun detective and this return adventure continues the series of complelling mysteries. His first appearance was in "The Hearse You Came In On," and we hope author Cockey brings him back again.
